Key Responsibilities:
• Establish a sound financial management system, financial accounting and financial control system based on the company's operating conditions and strategic development, be responsible for the company's accounting, reporting and budget management, and formulate the company's annual comprehensive financial plan and control standards;
• Be fully responsible for the company's general ledger accounting, preside over the preparation of financial statements and financial budgets, and provide timely and effective financial analysis for the company's decision-making;
• Raise funds required for the company's operations to meet the company's strategic development funding needs, and approve the company's major capital flows;
• Carry out overall planning and management of company taxation, and complete tax declaration and annual audit work on time;
• Responsible for company compliance, coordinating with brokerage firms, clubs, law firms and other intermediary institutions to promote the listing process;
• Monitor and forecast cash flow more accurately, determine and monitor the reasonable structure of the company's liabilities and capital, coordinate the management and operation of the company's funds and conduct effective risk control;
• Carry out corporate tax planning, be responsible for tax inspections, and coordinate tax-enterprise relations;
• Conduct statistical collection of business and financial data for refined management, output multi-dimensional analysis reports, and provide decision-making support for management;
• Organize the financial department to complete the work plans of various departments and be responsible for the assessment and management of financial personnel.
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree or above, accounting, finance, finance and other related majors, multinational company working experience is preferred;
• Have business and strategic awareness, be able to propose effective solutions to solve practical business problems, and have experience in fully supporting R&D, production and sales operations;
• Have experience in company mergers and acquisitions, integration, and IPO experience;
• Be familiar with the entire financial process of the enterprise, proficient in Chinese accounting standards, familiar with IFRS (International Accounting Standards) and US GAAP (US Accounting Standards);
• Have good communication skills and teamwork capabilities;
• Have strong self-learning ability and stress resistance;
• Proficient in oral and written English communication.
